Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your veil. If it isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, your veil must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be in original, unworn condition.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, hairspray, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- Be returned in its original packaging, including the Veil Bag.
- Have the original return tag attached and intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Veils with removed, cut, damaged, or reattached return tags.
- Veils showing signs of wear, use, or alteration.
- Custom, personalised, or special-order items.
- Final sale or clearance items where stated.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
