We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.
Due to differences in screen settings and device displays, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown online.
As our veils are made from soft tulle and other delicate materials, minor variations in appearance, measurements, and pearl placement may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order and provide a full refund.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Acceptance of an order occurs when your order has been processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where products become unavailable or an error has occurred.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your payment card details.
6. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, location, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Removal of the return tag voids eligibility for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, logos, and website design, is the property of Ivory & Timber Bridal and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.
